Located in Aachen, just on Germany's border with Belgium and the Netherlands, Hotel Quellenhof is a historic five-star hotel with a rich history of providing spa-focused services to its guests. The Hotel Palast Aachener Quellenhof was built in 1916 with a Neoclassical façade and surrounded by beautifully-sculpted public gardens. Though the structure was largely destroyed during World War II, the building has since been completely restored by amj interiors. My role was to assist the interior architects with the sourcing and to oversee the budget & FFE.

Five star small boutique hotel in Blankenese, West Hamburg, with eleven rooms, 2 restaurants, 7866 sq.ft of conference space, ballroom, meeting rooms and a large terrace. Interior architecture by SW Design, I was responsible for the sourcing and purchasing of the FFE & Operating Equipment and assisted the lead interior designer Synne Westphal on the interior design schemes. The hotel is run by 2-star Michelin chef Karl-Heinz Hauser, who previously worked for the Adlon Hotel, Berlin and Kafer, Munchen.
